The Valpolicella DOC Classico is a wine that owes its name to the area where it is produced and is obtained from vinification immediately after harvesting. It is a young wine that works well in any situation.
  • REFINEMENT: in steel barrels and then in bottles.
  • UVE: Corvina 65% Rondinella 30% other native 5%.
  • PRODUCTION AREA: vineyards scattered between the hill and the pedemontana area in the area of ​​the village of Cengia, and  in the heart of the classic Valpolicella.
  • ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: ruby ​​red colour, red cherry. Fresh, gentle and gentle scent. Light and soft aroma.
  • CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Alcohol content 12,5% vol.
  • GASTRONOMY: it goes well with many dishes, ideal for first courses, especially with sauces of meat, boiled and white meats.
  • SERVICE: Serve at a temperature of 16 to 20 degrees.

The Valpolicella DOC Classico upper is obtained by the technique of "ripassage", which consists in referencing the Valpolicella, on the marinas of the Amarone and / or the Recioto, during the time of their ripening.

Tigiolo is a red wine with a typical geographical indication
obtained with the harvest of October after a slight overturning of grapes in the vineyard and a subsequent brief drying. It is a product that is born from the new generation and takes its name from its creators (Tiliana Giordano Lorenzo).
  • REFINEMENT: in oak barrels of 20 hl and tonneaux for at least two years and then in bottle.
  • UVE: Corvina 45% Cabernet s. 45% Swallow 5% Merlot 5%.
  • PRODUCTION AREA: vineyards scattered between the hill and the pedemontana area in the area of ​​the village of Cengia, and in the heart of the classic Valpolicella.
  • ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: ruby ​​red colour with grenade rifle. Intense and spicy scent. Dry and soft flavour.
  • CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Alcohol content 14.5% vol.

  • PRODUCTION AREA: vineyards scattered between the hill and the pedemontana area in the area of ​​the village of Cengia,  in the heart of the classic Valpolicella.
  • ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: garnet red. Intense ethereal and spicy scent. Soft, dry and "warm" flavour with a full and vigorous body.
  • CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Alcohol content 15,5% vol.
  • GASTRONOMY: It is ideal for second important dishes such as roasts, game, grilled meats and red meats in general and seasoned cheeses.

The name Recioto, born spontaneously between the Veronese wine-growers in the past century, owes its significance to the dialectical word "recia" (ie ear) that indicates the outermost parts of the cluster, and therefore more exposed to the sun, used to produce a sweet wine flavour. Recioto wine requires a lot of attention and dedication. It is the product of careful processing that begins with selection during the harvest and ends with
the crushing of the bunches in February that were carefully preserved in the fruitery.
  • REFINEMENT: in tonneaux for 12 months and then in bottle for at least 6.
  • UVE: Corvina 65% Rondinella 30% other native 5%.
  • PRODUCTION AREA: vineyards scattered between the hill and the pedemontana area in the area of ​​the village of Cengia, in the heart of the classic Valpolicella.
  • ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: ruby ​​red color, red garnet if aged. Intense scent with scents of fruit and spices. Taste warm, sweet, full, velvety and harmonious.
  • CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Alcohol content 13,5 / 14% vol.
  • GASTRONOMY: ideal with end-of-match meals; With sweets, especially if it is doughy or with spicy cheeses. You should also try with the fruits of the forest or, even, with dark chocolate, or simply by itself.

This wine is born from the harvesting of grapes in September and October, after an accurate selection of the best grapes, the more mature grapes that come mainly from the vineyard Monte Ca 'Bianca, and a time in the fruitery. This controls their maturation, integrity and state of health, and they remain there until January / February, when the press occurs.
  • REFINEMENT: in barriques and wood barrels of 20 hl for about 4 years and then in bottle for at least 8 months.
  • UVE: Corvina 40%, Corvinone 35%, Rondinella 20%, Oseleta 5%.
  • PRODUCTION AREA: Vineyards scattered between the hill and the pedemontana area in the area of ​​the village of Cengia and Monte Ca 'Bianca, in the heart of the classic Valpolicella.
  • ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: red garnet red. Intense ethereal and spicy scent. Soft, dry and "warm" flavour, with a full and vigorous body.
  • CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Alcohol content 15,5% vol.

Grappa di Amarone

Grappa is obtained by the distillation of marc which is derived from the dehydration of Amaryl.
Immediately after harvesting, the grapes are pressed lightly and then distilled.

  • TYPES OF DISTILLATION SYSTEM: discontinuous to steam flow
  • MATURATION: in steel
  • REFINEMENT: in bottle for at least 12 months
  • ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Transparent, clear colour; Has an ethereal and fine scent. The flavour intentionally recalls the strong character of the grapes it comes from.
  • CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Alcohol content 43% vol.
  • BOTTLE: Vineyard per liter 0.50.
